VoIPLine Telecom Support

3.1.9 Update

  • Support for alphanumeric sender IDs (SMS IDs) has been added in the Webphone
    • An alphanumeric sender ID lets you display a custom name: such as your company or brand — instead of a phone number when sending SMS messages. This helps recipients instantly recognise who the message is from
    • With alphanumeric sender ID you can only send text messages, but you cannot receive incoming messages
    • Available in Australia only. Service may not be offered to all customers
    • Please contact the support team to apply for an alphanumeric sender ID
  • Webphone mobile 2.2.0 update
    • The 'Voicemail' tab is now called 'Services'
    • Introducing the 'Call parking' page under the 'Services' tab
    • View calls placed on hold in call parking in real time: you can pick up these calls or transfer them
    • Whenever a new call comes into the parking lot, you will receive a notification
    • You can turn off call parking notifications by tapping your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the 'Dialpad' screen > Notifications
    • A search has been added to the 'Voicemail' screen
    • Quickly change the status of a voicemail message by tapping the green or red icon in the list
    • You can now turn off haptic feedback in the app and disable green notifications when performing actions. Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the 'Dialpad' screen > General
  • PBX
    • Wherever audio files can be uploaded in the PBX, it is now possible to use the ‘Voice generator by AI'’ directly and apply the file immediately
    • You can now fine-tune the positioning of the ‘Website widget’ on your website
    • Support for Yealink intercom has been added
      • You can do this by configuring the ‘Caller ID prefix’ object in the call flow and entering ‘answer-after=0’ in the ‘Alert info’ field
