# VoIPline Telecom United States

> VoIPline Telecom is a United States business communications provider offering a self-managed cloud Hosted PBX, SIP trunking, Webphone calling and SMS, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, US and international phone numbers, integrations, call analytics, call recording, and partner programs.

Important context:
- This file covers the United States website and US retail offering. Public prices are in USD and exclude applicable local, state, and federal taxes and fees unless a page states otherwise.
- VoIPline services are internet-based. Availability, call quality, SMS, and access to 911 can depend on active power, a stable internet connection, correct account and billing status, working customer equipment, and a current emergency-service address; keep an alternative way to call emergency services.
- Product availability, number availability, equipment, rates, inclusions, and regulatory requirements can change. For current answers, use Pricing for live commercial information, dated agreements and Critical Information Summaries for contractual limits, Knowledge Base for setup, and Service Status for incidents.
- Legal and support material may use the VoIPcloud name. The provider is VoIPcloud Wholesale Inc., a Delaware company trading as VoIPline Telecom, File Number 7219514 and FCC Registration Number 0032700767.
- US phone-number allocation, caller identification, porting, and messaging are subject to Federal Communications Commission requirements, the North American Numbering Plan, carrier rules, and local registration requirements. Availability, permitted use, documentation, channels, and porting support vary by number type and destination.
- Sending or receiving SMS to or from the United States requires an approved messaging campaign. Consent, opt-out, sender-identification, content, and enforcement requirements are described in the Messaging Compliance Policy; do not describe the standard Webphone SMS service as a bulk-marketing platform.
- The 30-day trial is limited to eligible new customers with a US legal entity and requires identity verification. Trial credit, users, calls, number types, and services are restricted; a verified account can activate after the trial. The trial PDF contains a legacy NBN reference, but no US NBN product is offered.
- Some older legal and setup documents contain legacy terminology, technical references, or details that conflict with newer live pages. In particular, verify current SMS user assignment, toll-free SMS and activation rules, Microsoft licensing, prices, and support arrangements rather than reconciling conflicting sources silently.
- Separate regional websites serve Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Do not apply US prices, taxes, availability, registration requirements, or terms to those markets.
