This guide will cover the steps on how to reset the 2FA for your Webphone User.
Reset Steps
First navigate to the PBX tab in the portal:
Then, find the user you want to reset Authenticator for. In this example it will be user called Test User. Open the settings for the user:
In the settings for the user, click on Reset 2FA under Webphone:
You can close the window. You do not need to Apply Configuration, the 2FA will be reset when the button is pressed, and user will be prompted to set it again on their next log in.
