3.0.9 Update

  • Webphone
    • Meet ‘Call controls’ tab under ‘Services’
      • The new tab replaces ‘Queue membership’
      • Now, in addition to managing participation in ‘Queue’ objects, you can also manage participation in ‘Ring group’ objects
        • Note: if you do not want to allow the user to manage membership, there is a setting for this in the Webphone section of the user settings in PBX
      • In addition, you can also view and adjust the status of ‘Call flow control’ objects
        • To do this, you need to add users in the settings of the “Call flow control” object in the PBX
    • New ‘Device Management’ section on the ‘Settings’ tab
      • Change the ring mode, ring time duration, and the order of devices for specific ring modes
      • Adjust call confirmation when diverting an incoming call to an external number
      • Control which devices you want to receive incoming calls on
      • Add and remove external numbers for diverting incoming calls
    • Now, if there is a contact in the phonebook with the user's internal number and this contact does not have an avatar set, the avatar uploaded by the user themselves in their Webphone will be used
      • You can use your own avatar for such contacts — it will have higher priority
  • PBX
    • Major update for the ‘Website widget’ object:
      • New ‘Call via browser’ mode – the website visitor can start a call directly from the widget itself. The call will go further down the call flow as an incoming call for you
      • ‘Combined’ mode – combines both the old mode, called “Callback”, and the new one
    • In the ‘User’ object, the ‘Licence subaccount’ setting is now mandatory for saving
      • Previously, without a selected licence, users could not make outgoing calls, only receive incoming ones. Since the licence is now mandatory, for those who do not want to allow users to make outgoing calls, there is a new setting: ‘Do not allow outgoing calls’
    • Now you can change the order of tabs. To do this, a special button has appeared in front of the PBX tab list
    • Add a whole range of numbers to the blocklist, up to 100 at a time. This works both global blocklist and in the ‘Blocklist’ object
